Replacement Only: Crystals offers replacements for products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. We do not offer refunds.
Eligibility for Replacement: To be eligible for a replacement, you must contact us within the same day of receiving your order. Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos of the damaged or incorrect item.
Return Process: If your item is eligible for replacement, we will provide instructions for returning the original item. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the replacement and ship it to you. Please allow 4 to 7 business days for the replacement to be processed and shipped.
